Leicester High School Foundation

At Leicester High School for Girls we pride ourselves on educational excellence and achievement. In an ever-increasing competitive world, it is essential that we develop and progress to meet all present and future challenges.

With this in mind, we have established the Leicester High School Foundation to raise additional funding for the school to meet this demand.

The school has further ambitious plans to develop the London Road site and its facilities, and, therefore, needs to sustain its financial reserves through the formation of the Leicester High School Foundation.

Current Priorities

With the help of alumni, parents and friends, the Foundation can impact on all areas of school life, from major capital expenditure through to the purchase of classroom equipment. All donations, large or small, are welcome.

We are extremely grateful to all those who have already supported Leicester High School for Girls with a donation. If you would like to help us, then please contact the school’s Bursar.

Bursaries

The Governors are committed to offering bursary support to families who are not in a position to meet the full cost of school fees. The Foundation hopes to raise funds to support this venture and provide assistance towards the education of talented girls from lower income families.
