GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition Practical Assessment

Four Y11 students worked extremely hard on Monday 26 April to complete their three hour, Masterchef style GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition Practical Assessment.

Their task: to produce two vegetarian dishes that showcased high level skills and excellent presentation, to then be sampled and evaluated by Mrs Whalley and a panel of three other tasters.

They worked so well under pressure and demonstrated the fantastic standards that can be achieved in spite of the difficulties of the last year. Well done!
