Bonding Day Y10 - Y13 7.9.2017

On Thursday 7th September, Leicester High School girls from Year10 up to the Sixth Form visited Scraptoft Hill Farm for a day of bonding activities.

The LHS girls were divided into teams with members from each year group, and their first challenge was to build a den in the Scraptoft Hill woods. A multitude of creative solutions were devised, ranging from a canopy of bedsheets to fairy lights and teddies. After a break the girls then commenced their treasure hunt, in which they were tasked with finding and photographing 20 woodland items. Some were easier to spot than others, and the girls came up with original solutions to the lack of animal footprints and birds. The girls enjoyed lunch together outdoors before being taken to their mystery surprise of the day - bouncy castles! It is safe to say that much bonding did occur, and everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Scraptoft Hill Farm.
