Comments of ‘disgusting, …it’s so messy, …who did it?...shall we tidy up?’ echoed around the room.  In the next hour they learnt about the importance of working together as a team to sort the rubbish into different materials such as plastic, paper and metal.  They began to understand the importance of recycling and talked about how we can look after the world around us.  They are now making posters to show how we can do this, including how to look after the minibeasts that are vital to our world. It looks like the future is in safe hands with our Leicester High School Girls.
