Well-Being Week in Juniors
Well- Being Week provides opportunities for fitness, relaxation, kindness and new interests.
The Juniors enjoyed a fun-filled week with many new activities to enjoy and indulge our bodies and minds. Lunchtimes were full of colouring sessions, reading, Street Dance, walks to the Botanical Gardens, biscuit decorating and the highly popular “Aryagami!” (Origami session led by our very own expert, Arya Johri in Year 5!)
Girls and teachers alike tried to “fill our buckets” with good feelings, kind words and good deeds. All were invited to write any examples on the Well-being Wall, and certificates were presented to every girl in the Junior Department from a friend who had noticed kindness in their behaviour during the week.
The ice-cream van was a huge hit and finished the week off brilliantly with the feel good (if a little frozen) factor!
