Dear Parents,

As this half term draws to a close, it has been a pleasure to see the wide range of opportunities our students have embraced across the whole school.

From sporting success to engaging events such as our Discovery Morning and Pathway Evening, there has been much to celebrate. These experiences reflect our shared commitment to ambition, resilience and collaboration within our community.

Alongside these headline events, the daily life of the school continues with real purpose. Classrooms have been focused, co-curricular activities well attended, and student leadership strong and visible. It has also been encouraging to see such positive engagement with our social media channels, where we regularly share snapshots of school life.

Thank you for your continued support this half term. I hope the break ahead provides time for rest, reflection and family time. We look forward to welcoming students back refreshed and ready for the next stage of the term.

Mr John Partridge,

Headteacher

Huge congratulations to our two Year 10 students, Isobel and Sophia, who proudly represented Leicester High School for Girls at the Secondary Leicestershire and Rutland County Cross Country Championships.

Competing at county level is a fantastic achievement, and both students showed real determination, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout a highly competitive event.

They were excellent ambassadors for the school, and we are incredibly proud of their commitment and performance. Well done to you both!"
