Simran Secures Place in Ladies U18 Hockey Squad
We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of Year 8 pupil Simran, who represents Leicester City Hockey Club and has recently secured a place in the Ladies U18 squad — an impressive accomplishment at such a young age.
Competing alongside older players has helped Simran develop her skills, confidence and discipline on the pitch. She trains across four teams: a younger development group, the U18s, her school team, and walking hockey with her dad, who also coaches and inspires her.
Simran credits both her school and club coaches for helping her reach the level she plays at today. Balancing these commitments takes real determination, and we are incredibly proud of her progress.
