Dear Parents,

As we reach the end of this term, I want to share how proud I am to be sharing my first end-of-term newsletter as Head of Leicester High School for Girls. Over recent weeks, I have seen our students approach school life with confidence, kindness and ambition, supported by families and staff who care deeply about this community. It is a privilege to lead a school where students are known, valued and encouraged to give their best, and I am very grateful for the warmth and support shown throughout the term.

I hope you will enjoy some of the highlights shared in this newsletter, and that the break ahead provides a chance to rest and recharge.

Thank you for supporting our Food Bank Collection

A huge thank you to pupils, parents and staff across the school for your generosity in supporting our recent food bank collection for Oadby Food Bank. Thanks to your kindness, we have been able to donate a fantastic range of much-needed items to help local families in our community.
