Masterclasses, Holiday Camps & Classes

During each school year we hold Masterclasses for talented girls from local primary schools. They particularly suit Year 5 and 6 pupils who have an interest and ability in their subjects and wish to explore their potential. The classes are primarily fun, but also help to develop confidence and prepare the girls for the move to secondary school. Masterclasses are free of charge.

Our next Masterclasses are:

Maths Masterclass - Saturday 24th November

Our Maths Masterclass is now fully booked

The classes are on Saturday mornings, usually, but not always, from 9.30am - 11.30am, and over the year we have organised netball, maths, geography, science and history masterclasses. We ask local primary head teachers to forward details of the Masterclasses to parents of gifted and talented children. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee places for all of the children who apply, as the courses are usually heavily oversubscribed.

Holiday Camps, Clubs & Classes

Over the holidays, and on Saturdays, third-party organisations sometimes hire our premises and offer various activities. Please contact them directly, and view any camps/holiday clubs on the attached documents below.

February Half Term 2018

L is for Languages will be running a holiday club during February 2019 half term. The club will run from 9 am – 3.30 pm. The club is suitable for children aged 4-11. The theme of the week is pastimes and hobbies in Spanish; each day will begin with mindfulness practice. The children will learn vocabulary through games, speaking and listening activities and crafts.
