Leicester High School for Girls Pupil Wins 16U County Tennis Title
Leicester High School for Girls is proud to celebrate the success of pupil Soma, who has been crowned the Leicestershire 16U County Winner.
The competition took place at the Leicestershire Lawn Tennis and Squash Club on Saturday 30 August 2025. Over the course of four rounds, including the finals, Soma demonstrated determination, skill, and composure on court.
Reflecting on the experience, Soma said she felt “excited and happy, especially on the finals day.”
This outstanding achievement highlights Soma’s dedication to her sport, and the School community is delighted to celebrate her success at county level.
