Exam Graduates’ Day

Our Year 11 and Year 13 students marked their final week in style, celebrating with much-loved school traditions and creating lasting memories together.

Year 13 enjoyed a moving assembly, led by the students, reflecting on their experiences and time at Leicester High School. The assembly ended with each student receiving applause as they left, marking the end of their formal education at our School.

Year 11 celebrated with a relaxed lunch of pizza and chips before taking part in the much-anticipated shirt signing. The graduates take their shirts very seriously, and the results were amazing — full of colour, creativity, messages and memories. Junior School pupils also contributed by writing thoughtful messages and wise sayings for the graduates, making the tradition even more special.

Mr Mark Ryman, Head of Sixth Form, commented: “It has been a significant day for both year groups as they move from one phase of their lives to another. We are very proud of their efforts and wish them every success in their exams and beyond.”

Leicester High School wishes all departing students the very best in their exams and as they move on to new challenges. We also look forward to welcoming back those returning for Sixth Form in the new academic year.
