Leicester High School for Girls Named Finalist for Service Excellence

We are delighted to have been named a finalist in the SME Leicestershire & Rutland Business Awards, recognising the School’s commitment to service excellence and the strong relationships it builds with pupils and families.

This recognition reflects the School’s focus on providing an academically ambitious education within a supportive environment, where every pupil is known as an individual and encouraged to develop confidence and independence.

Head, John Partridge, said:
“It is a real honour to be named as finalists. Families place a great deal of trust in us, and we work hard to ensure every pupil and parent feels supported, informed and valued throughout their time with us.

Over the past year, the School has enhanced how families experience Leicester High, including more personalised open events, tailored visits and improved pastoral support. Initiatives such as handwritten postcards following taster days and expanded specialist support ensure families feel welcomed and well supported from their first interaction with the School.

The SME Business Awards celebrate organisations across the region that demonstrate excellence, innovation and outstanding service.
