Quiz Night Raises £528 for India Trip
On Monday evening, Leicester High School for Girls hosted a fantastic Quiz Night organised by our Year 12 students in support of their upcoming trip to India.
With teams of six competing throughout the evening, there was a brilliant atmosphere as families, staff and friends came together to test their knowledge and support an important cause. Guests enjoyed a selection of mocktails and light snacks while taking part in the quiz, helping to create a relaxed and welcoming environment.
One guest commented: “Really enjoyed it - a really well-run evening with a lovely atmosphere.”
The event raised £528 to support the Year 12 students’ trip to India as part of the School’s partnership with Snehalaya. This partnership gives students a unique opportunity to spend time working abroad, developing their personal skills while contributing to a very worthwhile cause.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported the evening. The enthusiasm and generosity shown by our school community made the event a great success.
