Leicester High School were delighted to welcome Professor Turi King, University of Leicester Professor of Public Engagement, to the School on Thursday 21 September
The first of a series of Performance Café Concerts took place on Wednesday 20 September 2017 at Leicester High School for Girls.
On Thursday 7th September, Leicester High School girls from Year10 up to the Sixth Form visited Scraptoft Hill Farm for a day of bonding activities.
Following the successful A Level results (100% pass rate and 22% A* grades), Leicester High School for Girls was again celebrating exam success today with their GCSE results – with 77% A* and A grade results and almost 50% of all grades at A*.
The A Level results achieved by the girls at Leicester High School this year have once again been fantastic, with a 100% pass rate for the 10th consecutive year, and an increase in those achieving A* grades to 22% (compared to a national average of 8.3%), and 100% of those completing the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) acheiving A*.
