Following the Government's announcement on Monday, we are delighted that all girls will be able to return to School on Monday 8th March.
Following communication from the DfE earlier this week, we will be following their guidance and closing the School, including for Foundation Class and the children of keyworkers, for the February half-term week. I hope you and your daughters can take some time during the week to relax and enjoy some quality family time.
At the moment, we are hopeful that School will remain open for the children of critical workers only tomorrow. We ask that Foundation Class children do not attend tomorrow unless they are the children of critical workers.

First of all, I do hope you’ve had a restful and enjoyable Christmas.
As you will be aware, Government guidance has been changing at quite a pace. The Leadership Team met this morning and
the following plans are now in place for the beginning of the Spring Term (Monday 4 January 2021).
Following the Government's announcement this afternoon (30 December) we are currently working hard to amend our plans for the start of term.
Following the government's announcement regarding a staggered return to school in January, we have put together our plans.

We are delighted to announce the launch of LHS Heroes Awards 2020. The Awards provide us with the opportunity to give recognition to staff, students, alumnae and those in the wider LHS community who have gone above and beyond during a difficult year, as well as to recognise heroes from history and the modern day.
Congratulations to OG, KJ and IH who came in the top 25% in the Mathematical Olympiad for Girls!
